LiteTerm (hereinafter "the Application") is a Windows desktop application developed by sunamo (Radek Jancik, radek.jancik@sunamo.cz).
This page informs visitors about our policy regarding the collection, use and disclosure of Personal Information for anyone who uses the Application.
1. Data collection
The Application does not collect, store, transmit or share any personal data or personally identifiable information. All data (open folders, recent folder list, editor content, settings) is stored or processed locally on your device and never leaves your computer.
2. Terminal and file access
The Application runs a local PowerShell session and reads/writes files only within folders you explicitly open. Commands you type in the terminal and files you edit are never transmitted to sunamo or any third party — everything happens locally on your machine, the same as if you used PowerShell or a text editor directly.
3. Cookies and tracking
The Application does not use cookies, analytics, telemetry or any tracking mechanisms.
4. Log data
In case of an error, the Application may collect diagnostic information locally (error type, timestamp). This data is not transmitted to our servers.
5. Security
We value your trust and strive to use commercially acceptable means of protecting your data. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
6. Children's privacy
The Application is not directed at children under the age of 13 and does not knowingly collect any personal information from children.
7. Changes to this policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
